INTERNET BUYER'S PREMIUM
10% Onsite buyer's premium of first $2,500, 2% on the balance of each item.
Additional 2.5% internet buyer's premium on each item, max $750 per lot.
Both premiums apply when buying online.
For example, an item that brings $10,000 online would have an ONSITE buyer's premium of $400 PLUS the online buyer's premium of $250 for a total buyer's premium of $650
A 5% administrative fee will be charged on all credit card purchases in addition to all other charges.
A title fee of $25.00 will be charged to the buyer of all vehicles with a title.
All purchases must be removed within 30 days of auction. After 30 days a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 120 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Witcher Auctions LLC with no recourse to buyer.
Your registration and participation in this auction through Proxibid is a legally binding contract. All property is sold 'AS IS' and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Witcher Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Witcher Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Witcher Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidders who 'pre-bid' on items acknowledge that the auction catalog may be updated with more information as well as announcements made during the live auction that they are still responsible for. Bidders should call Witcher Auctions to verify the condition of any given item before placing pre-bids. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Witcher Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder.
